MERCUREY ET MERCUREY 1er Cru "Les Puillets" : 63.2 ha (156 acres)
This beautiful village of the Chalonnaise hillsides continues over from the Côte d'Or. Due to its exposure and the nature of its soil, Mercurey is both a copy of the Côte de Beaune and its continuation.
The Chateau de Santenay is one of the biggest wine producers of this appellation. It produces a wide range of the best Mercureys for which the grapes have been carefully selected for their quality on these slopes.
Mercurey wines are firm, expressive and solid and age well, which allows their structure to smoothen a bit. These wines have a strong personality. We try to moderate the strength of their nature by selectively extracting the most elegant tannins during the winemaking process. - Panoramic visit of the vineyard.

HAUTES COTES DE BEAUNE "Clos de la Chaise Dieu"And "Clos Philippe le Hardi" Monopole: 0.8 ha (2 acres)
Located on the same slope as our Saint-Aubin "En Vesvau" and our Hautes Côtes de Beaune white, this limited-yield wine is quite particular. The terroir is resolutely suited to the production of white wines. We decided, however, to plant Pinot Noir. The wine that it produces is full of finesse and elegance. The tannins are soft, the wine velvety and aromatic with fresh red fruits and a long-lasting palate. A superb quality wine at an accessible price.

SANTENAY 1er Cru "La Comme" – "Les Gravières": 0.7 ha (1.75 acres)
The last village on the Côte de Beaune spreads itself across very beautiful hills, set in the lovely village of Santenay and its chateau. The wines are powerful, deep colored and quite masculine but with finesse. The premier crus La Comme and Les Gravières are amongst the best known. They express the terroir beautifully with strength, elegance and roundness. The wines are of outstanding character with an intense bouquet of both fresh leather and violet.

BEAUNE 1er Cru "Le Clos du Roi" – "Les Montées Rouges": 1.8 ha (4.5 acres)
Beaune is the capital of Burgundian viticulture.
Beaune wines are rounded, ropy and velvety. "Les Clos du Roi" and "Les Montées Rouges" are noted amongst the best 1er Crus.
The wines are ropy and round with a wonderful aromatic expression that just gets better with time.

ALOXE-CORTON 'Les Brunettes et Planchots': 2.2 ha (5.5 acres)
Picturesque village from the Côte de Beaune, renowned for the quality of its soils, Aloxe-Corton produces red wines with the characteristics and the structure of wines from the Côte de Nuits.
Our vineyards are older than 60 years and produce very "special" wines, due to their aromatic power, their well-built, rich and round structure and their potential to age well.

POMMARD "Petit Clos" : 0.3 ha (0.75 acre)
This village on the Côte de Beaune produces red wines that have been famous for centuries.
The wines should be cellared for a long time and are beautifully colored, firm and vigorous and with age, are generous and fine with strong fruit and spicy fragrances.

CLOS DE VOUGEOT "Grand Cru": 0.2 ha (0.5 acre)
The mythical Côte de Nuit cru was produced by the monks of the Abbey of Citeaux in the XIIth century. The chateau and the cellars of the Clos de Vougeot have belonged to the wine brotherhood of the Chevaliers du Tastevin since the last war.
Exclusively a red, the Clos de Vougeot has a very high lineage. Firm and rich with the fine sweetness of its round, full body, its bouquet is complex and explosive, in which, in the words of Camille Rodier, "licorice, truffle, violet and wild mint meld together".
A wine to age and drink on very special occasions.
